 A 24 year old Abbotsford man is dead after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a 10-ton commercial truck while it was turning on Downes Road.
Abbotsford Police Constable Ian MacDonald says the crash happened around noon Saturday.
"The rider of the motorcycle collided with this turning truck. He was launched off of his motorcycle and suffered critical injuries. He was transported to hospital but regrettably succumbed to those injuries about an hour later."
MacDonald says investigators are examining whether speed was a factor in the crash.
