When the flame arrives at a celebration at Live-City Yaletown, the cauldron will be lit by Ken Lyotier, the founder of "United We Can".

On Friday morning, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will carry the flame in Stanley Park, along with Rolly Fox, father of Terry Fox.

Later that day, Wayne Gretzky's father Walter will carry the torch, along with the heads of the London and Sochi Olympic organizing committees, Stan Smyl, Bob Lenarduzzi and Lui Passaglia.
